Its simply a little but of rope trailing on the deck at the side of the ship. To clarify, these hoists are hard to spot and arent really intrusive at all. You can also keep shark corpses on side of ship for decoration.Ī sloop has hoist for 2 sharks (One either side) You get more shark meat catching this way and once all meat taken it despawns. Hoist down to put the shark corpse alongside ship so you can sail. Hoist it up when you want a bit shark meat and slash with sword. There is a little hoist on each side of the ship which can be interacted with which effectively pulls the shark corpse from the side of the ship, right up to the deck and back down. Once its reeled in, it will be tied to the side of your ship with ropes. ![]() You may need another player to turn the wheel etc to keep the shark infront of the ship. Lock the harpoon when its thrashing and then resume reeling when it calms down. If two people harpoon the same shark it makes it easier, its also a great teamwork activity, but its tricky. Basically this will be a HARD version of the fishing mini game.with harpoons and not rods. ![]()
